Buildings Budget Pricing

Below are budget prices for a few of Whitley Manufacturing's sample building plans. Please take a few moments to review what we have included. We are currently featuring a Medical Building model HC6028AG-3, a Classroom model MDL- 4890, and a Car Sales Office model CSO 1745F-2.

Take a moment and review the floor plans and Sale sheet PDF that is best suited to your needs. Once you have reviewed the plan look up the budget pricing below and then take the price to the Whitley Loan Calculator. This easy to use program will allow you to see your estimated monthly payments, print an amortization schedule, and even view the prepayment savings.

Whitley Medical  Building Model HC6028

Four examination rooms, each with cabinet and sink; a nurses station, private doctor’s office, nurse practitioner’s office, business office, reception-waiting room, handicap accessible staff restroom, and a handicap accessible patient restroom.
